What is a No Sweat Intro? Should I come in my workout gear?
The No Sweat Intro is a chance for you (the prospective client) to share your fitness goals with our coaches. From there, we help you find a program that works for you and your schedule. We call it "No Sweat" for a reason! This initial consultation will not require you to work out as we will use this time to uncover what it is you're looking to accomplish to ensure we can guide and empower you in your fitness journey.
Unlimited membership? Does that mean I can come in multiple times within a day?
Yes! Feel free to come in as much as you'd like during business hours. We only ask that you book via MindBody under your Program Type so we can have an accurate headcount in order to plan workouts in advance of your scheduled session.
I've never worked out before and I'm afraid the workouts may be too intense for me. How can you guys help me?
We understand that the gym can be intimidating for a lot of folks. But no need to fear! We want to keep you as safe and comfortable as possible. That means we will never give you something we don't think you can handle. Of course, if you ever feel uneasy, just let us know and we will make accommodations/adjust the workout as needed.
I need help with my diet! Who will hold me accountable?
You're not in this alone. If you're ever uncertain about whether a specific food or drink fits into your diet, let us know! We are always happy to help. Contact us via our socials or drop a text!
I'm not a member. Do you offer drop-in sessions?
Yes! Give us a call or text to let us know you're coming in! All drop-ins will be charged a flat fee of $25 (for Small Group) or $35 (for Custom Training).
I need to suspend my membership. What do I need to do?
We're sorry to see you go! Fill out this form and we will process your cancellation between 2-3 business days. Please note that if you cancel after the membership fee has been withdrawn from your bank account for the month that we DO NOT offer refunds.
